I am waiting for my order almost three weeks now and I have not received any update for my order.
WORST COMPANY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
Absolute rip off!! Expensive and TERRIBLE quality!! One of the sets I bought already started tearing after trying it on one time! The customer service is an absolute joke. And on top of it all, they won’t do a refund!! Do Not Buy From This Company!

Cheap material. I expected the material to be a little thicker based on the model picture but the item I got should not cost more than $10.
Terrible. Such a hassle to return and on top of that you have to pay shipping and handling which is not cheap! I ended up not retuning because it would cost me almost 20 dollars. I got wrong size and re ordered my correct size so now I have two of the same ones thinking I was going to return the first one. I ended up wasting money. They have cute swimsuits and lingeries and fast shipping but I just feel it ain’t worth it. On top of that, it’s so overpriced for what it is. Ugh I wish I hadn’t ordered from them. Customer service 2/10
I purchased 4 items at a total cost of ~120 GBP there was no warning about the shipping cost/ duty on top of this total. I was then shocked to be charged an additional 70 pounds in duty, that's an extra +58% to get my order into the country, when I asked them to send it back they said I would not get a refund and I had to pay the duty at this point.
I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. The underwear I ordered (HW thong and HW Triangle Bra) were very poor quality and I really did not want to keep them, but return post price made it not worth returning, so a complete waste of my money as I won't be wearing the items. Also I am a size 10 (UK) and the medium was too small, so sizing is hit and miss.
I really wanted to love this company so really sad writing this review.
On the plus side; fast delivery. Arrived within a week, despite coming from the other side of the world and full tracking all the way!

Just got this set for valentines day and I was soooo excited after seeing their instagram. The pieces look so cute online and like they're very high quality. I wanted to love them, but the quality is absolutely terrible.
The lace bra is honestly like something you'd order from Shein for $10. It doesn't feel soft or high quality at all. I was going to order the shorts as well but after getting this shipment of stuff I will not be ordering from them again.
Also, I was expecting really pretty packaging to make it feel like it was a high end brand but the packaging came in a mesh-like zipper bag (also cheap quality). Overall it was just not a great experience. The idea/style/colour of the lingerie is very cute, but the quality is lacking.
I ordered a set of this website a month ago. I paid my tax and the item was delivered to the wrong address by DHL (photo of package next to the wrong door was provided to me). DHL could not recover the package and the company is now REFUSING to issue me a REFUND and instead trying to get DHL to just refund my tax fees.
REGARDLESS OF GOOSEBERRY COMMENTING ON REVIEWS TRYING TO EXCUSE THERE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS, TAKE THE REVIEWS AS A WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT ORDER ITEMS. If something goes wrong they will always make It your fault.
Beware of import taxes!
The company will quite rightly say that they do inform prospective buyers of the fact that they will need to pay import duty and that the items come from Bali, Indonesia. However, this information is tucked away in their shipping policy, which they very well know is not read by the vast majority of customers (very much like the T&Cs of any product or service, or the privacy policy of Trustpilot, which I am sure you haven't read yourself).
They give no indication of how much the cost of this import duty will be - in my case it was around 50% of the entire value of my purchase. They advertise as a French company, which leads you to assume that they ship, if not also manufacture, from France.
It would appear that they are a trash company, run by trash people.
I’ve never posted a bad review on anything before, but their service was so bad it left me with no choice. I ordered an item on their website a few months ago, but received an entire different model. I had to pay the extra import fees, when it was their fault. Their excuse was that they changed the model, when that is the case they should have updated their pictures on their website, since it is very deceiving to customers!
They eventually send me the older model after a lot of back and fort, but left me with all the extra cost, so again I contacted them and they promised to cover it after I received the item. Now weeks later I received a notice from DHL that I haven’t paid the extra import fees yet….. I just lost my patience and I am pretty done with their entire way of handling with their customers, you just lost a very loyal one.
everything went smoothly and customer service was excellent. qualitywise best lingerie i’ve ever had, so i’ll definitely keep ordering from them. just beware that you'll probably have to pay customs since they ship the orders from bali.
edit: the colors have worn off quite much and the gold-colored hooks and clasps have turned brown, even though i've only handwashed the items. definitely not worth the price.
Unfortunatly due the coronavirus and delays I had to cancel my order as I will start to travel for a long time and it could never arrive in time anymore (no ones fault)
The costumer service was extremely helpfull and I could see the repayment immidiatly on my phone. If i read a lot of comments here it looks like they would never refund our help but they did and even extremely fast.
Once im back or in Bali i will for sure order again! Thank you Anny for your kind services! And i cannot believe the bad reviews here as i had a very good service.
